Check-In Instructions and Important Information

The front desk is open daily from 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 3:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and lockbox information. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests.

Mandatory fees

You ll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 16 October - 14 March EUR 0.00 per person per night up to 14 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 14 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 15 March - 15 October EUR 1.50 per person per night up to 14 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 14 years of age.
