This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). To arrange pick-up guests must contact the property 24 hours prior to arrival using the contact information on the booking confirmation. There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after noon please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email with check-in instructions and lockbox information. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests.

• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 October - 31 March EUR 1.86 per person per night for adults; EUR 0.93 per night for guests aged 12-17 years old. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 April - 30 September EUR 2.50 per person per night for adults; EUR 1.25 per night for guests aged 12-17 years old. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 20 per accommodation per stay
