There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. Guests must contact the property for check-in instructions. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out or pay an additional cleaning fee of EUR 5 at check-out. On certain dates of the year visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5-10 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this.
