The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For any questions please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests booked in Half Board rates must check-in by 8 PM to receive dinner. This property has separate male and female outdoor hot springs which operate during limited hours. The female hot springs are open daily from 5-10 AM and 3 PM to 1 AM. The male hot springs are open on Saturday from 3 PM to 1 AM and Sunday from 5-10 AM. Futons in the Traditional Room types are not prepared/set up. Guests may make up the futons with the sheets and pillows provided.
