Check-In Instructions and Important Information

The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 2:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email with check-in instructions and key retrieval information. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.

Mandatory fees

You ll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 December - 30 April EUR 1.50 per person per night up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 15 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 May - 15 June EUR 0.75 per person per night up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 15 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 16 June - 30 September EUR 1.50 per person per night up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 15 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 October - 30 November EUR 0.75 per person per night up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 15 years of age.
