    There is no front desk at this property. If you arrive at the property after hours you ll need to check in at an alternate location: [59-60 Grosvenor St London W1K 3HZ]. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email with special check-in instructions and key retrieval information. The host will greet guests on arrival. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival.
