    The front desk hours vary at this property. If you arrive at the property after hours you ll need to check in at an alternate location: [4557 Blackcomb Way]. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property ahead of time using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email with check-in instructions and an access code. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Reception hours vary seasonally. From November 28-April 19 and July 1-September 2 reception is open 9 AM-5 PM Sunday-Thursday 9 AM-11 PM on Friday and 8 AM-11 PM on Saturday. From April 20-June 30 and September 2-November 27 reception is open 9 AM-11 PM on Friday and 8 AM-11 PM on Saturday (closed Sunday-Thursday).
