Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must arrange seaplane transfers (surcharge) from Velana International Airport (MLE) to the property. Daily 45-minute transfer service is offered by Trans Maldivian Airways / Maldivian Air Taxi between 9 AM and 3 PM. Guests arriving or departing outside of these hours are advised to book a local hotel room in Male. Luggage in excess of 20 kg/person may incur a fee payable to the seaplane company during flight check-in. To book and guarantee transfers guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 7 days before their expected arrival. The additional fee (payable at the property) covers seaplane transfer fees for guests ages 12-17. Seaplane transfer fees are waived for up to 2 guests staying 7-nights or more now - December 23 2025.
