Mandatory fees
You ll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:
- A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
- A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 29 February EUR 0.00 per person per night. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
- A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 March - 30 June EUR 0.50 per person per night. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
- A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 July - 31 August EUR 1.00 per person per night. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
- A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 September - 31 October EUR 0.50 per person per night. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
- Cleaning fee: EUR 90 per accommodation per stay (varies per unit)
- Utility fee (between 14 June and 12 September): EUR 10 per person per night
- A damage deposit of EUR 200 will be collected before check-in.
We have included all charges provided to us by the property.
This property charges the following mandatory cleaning fees per accommodation per week collected at the property: EUR 60 for Apartment 1 Bedroom (Bilo 2) bookings EUR 70 for Apartment 1 Bedroom (Bilo 4) and EUR 80 for Apartment 2 Bedrooms (Trilo 6).
