Check-in Special Instructions
This property offers transfers from the train station. To arrange pick-up guests must contact the property 72 hours prior to arrival using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests booked in half board rates must check-in by 8 PM to receive dinner. The hotel s train station shuttle is located at Hiroshima Station s North Exit. Children ages 4-11 are permitted in the hot springs from 6 AM-10 PM when accompanied by an adult. An entrance fee of JPY 1 000 applies for children ages 4-5 sharing existing bedding. Children ages 3 and younger are not permitted in the hot springs.

- The Japanese Ministry of Health Labour and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns hotels motels etc. ). Additionally lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
- Guests with tattoos are not able to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
