Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Due to an emergency maintenance involving the hot spring pump the natural hot spring at the public baths Traditional Room Non Smoking (With Private Hot Spring Bath) and Royal Suite 1 Bedroom Private Bathroom Ocean View is unavailable until further notice. Water heated by the property will be manually added to the public baths. Meals are not included in the room rate for children ages 6 and younger included in the reservation.

Hotel Policies
- The seasonal pool will be open from June to October.
- Pool access available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Hot springs access available from 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM.
- One child 6 years old or younger stays free per registered adult when occupying the parent or guardian s room using existing bedding.
- Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
- The Japanese Ministry of Health Labour and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns hotels motels etc. ). Additionally lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
