The front desk is open daily from 7:30 AM - 8:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 8:00 AM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email 48 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
Mandatory fees
You ll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:
- Deposit: BRL 250 per person per day
- Cash Breakage deposit: BRL 50 per day
- Cleaning fee: BRL 15 per accommodation per night
- Sanitation services: BRL 25 per night
- A damage deposit of BRL 125.00 will be collected before check-in.
- Deposit is payable by bank transfer and is due within 24 hours of booking the reservation.

For international travels to Brazil if just one of the parents is traveling with the child she/he must present – in addition to the child s certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian as applicable cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information.
