There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property ahead of time using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property for check-in instructions. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out or pay an additional cleaning fee of EUR 20 (exact amount varies) at check-out. On certain dates of the year visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5-10 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this. Further exemptions may apply to patients and their companions and people staying in the city for specific purposes/duties subject to the submission of proper documents to the property.
