Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Children ages 0-3 are not permitted in the seasonal outdoor pool. Children ages 0-16 are not permitted in the pool from 5-9 PM. This property offers airport shuttle pickup and drop off service from Haneda and Narita Airport. Check-in times vary by room type. Guests booked in room types indicating 9 PM check-in should arrive at that time. Children under 3 years old are not permitted in the seasonal outdoor garden pool. Meals are not included in the room rate for children ages 6 and younger included in the reservation. Pool hours are 10 AM-9 PM July 15-31. The pool is closed 4-5 PM daily for maintenance.
