Guests must transfer to the property via boat and shuttle and must arrange the transfers by contacting the property before travel using the contact information on the booking confirmation. This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). Guests must contact the property with arrival details before travel using the contact information on the booking confirmation. The check-in location differs from the property location. Check-in location: [Riva del Carbon 4794]. Guests will receive an email 48 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. On certain dates of the year visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5-10 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this. Guests must however request an exemption voucher in advance and present it with an identity document on arrival. Mandatory fees

You ll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• A tax is imposed by the city and will be collected at the property. This tax does not apply to residents of Venice City and children under 10 years of age. Further exemptions may apply to patients and their companions and people staying in the city for specific purposes/duties subject to the submission of proper documents to the property. A 30 percent reduction applies from January 1-31.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 January - 31 January EUR 2.80 per person per night for adults; EUR 1.40 per night for guests aged 10-16 years old.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 February - 31 December EUR 4.00 per person per night for adults; EUR 2.00 per night for guests aged 10-16 years old.
