There is no front desk at this property. The check-in location differs from the property location. Check-in location: [Cannaregio 4322 or 4385]. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property for check-in instructions. For any questions please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Check-in takes place at the nearest water bus stop (vaporetto stop) or at the property s reception office located in Cannaregio 4322 and Cannaregio 4385; the office is open daily from 10 AM to 8 PM. On certain dates of the year visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5-10 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this. Guests must however request an exemption voucher in advance and present it with an identity document on arrival. To check affected dates fees and request an exemption visit cda.ve.it/en/.

Mandatory fees

You ll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Deposit: EUR 250 per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city and will be collected at the property. This tax does not apply to residents of Venice City and children under 10 years of age. Further exemptions may apply to patients and their companions and people staying in the city for specific purposes/duties subject to the submission of proper documents to the property. A 30 percent reduction applies from January 1-31.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 January - 31 January EUR 1.00 per person per night for adults; EUR 0.50 per night for guests aged 10-16 years old.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 February - 31 December EUR 1.50 per person per night for adults; EUR 0.70 per night for guests aged 10-16 years old.
