Check-in takes place at the nearest water bus stop (vaporetto stop) or at the property s reception office located in Cannaregio 4322 and Cannaregio 4385; the office is open daily from 10 AM to 8 PM. On certain dates of the year visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5-10 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this. Guests must however request an exemption voucher in advance and present it with an identity document on arrival. To check affected dates fees and request an exemption visit cda.ve.it/en/.

    Mandatory fees

    You ll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:
