Check-in takes place at the nearest water bus stop (vaporetto stop) or at the property s reception office located in Cannaregio 4322 and Cannaregio 4385; the office is open daily from 10 AM to 8 PM. On certain dates of the year visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5-10 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this.
