Prior to arrival guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will receive an email 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For any questions please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. On certain dates of the year visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5-10 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this.
