This property is located within the Periyar Tiger Reserve. Guests must arrive at Forest Entry Gate in Thekkady before 5 PM to access the property. Reserve gates are closed from 5:30 PM to 6:30 AM daily Due to this hotel s location inside of wildlife sanctuary guests must check in before 5 PM. Arrivals after 5 PM are subject to approval of the Forest Department at guests own risk. Boat tickets (surcharge) must be reserved on the day of arrival prior to 10:30 AM. Guests must arrive prior to 1:30 PM to board the last boat trip (subject to availability) for wildlife watching.
