Check-in Special Instructions
The front desk is open daily from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Prior to arrival guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. Guests will receive an email 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and smart lock details. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests. On certain dates of the year visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5-10 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this.
