To arrange pick-up guests must contact the property 24 hours prior to arrival using the contact information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. This property doesn t offer after-hours check-in. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will receive an email 72 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Guests booking their stay in Venice are kindly requested to visit the #EnjoyRespectVenezia site www.comune.venezia.it/en/content/enjoyrespectvenezia for important information and regulations applied in the city. On certain dates of the year visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5-10 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this. Mandatory fees
