To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 11:30 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and lockbox information. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. Guests must provide the property with passport or ID photos of all guests who will be staying in the room prior to arrival. The property will then provide the room number locker number and access code.
