This property doesn t offer after-hours check-in. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. A scheduled power outage will take place on December 16 2025 from midnight to 4 AM. During this time the shops bars and restaurants in the Banyan Village section of the property as well as Rumble Fish seafood market will not have power; guestrooms and other facilities will not be affected. Due to maintenance this property s indoor swimming pool spa and sauna will be closed from 8:30 AM-5 PM May 11-17 2026. Due to maintenance 1 of 2 outdoor swimming pools at this property will be closed from 8:30 AM-5 PM on the following dates: February 10-15 2026 and March 3-8 2026. A scheduled power outage will take place on December 19 2025 from 1:30-4:30 AM. All facilities that use power including air conditioning hot water the internet and elevators will not be available in the south-side guest rooms public areas and all Club Villas during this time. A scheduled power outage will take place on December 11 2025 from 1:30-4:30 AM. All facilities that use power including air conditioning hot water and the internet will not be available in the north-side guest rooms and public areas during this time.
