Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 7:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email 72 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. At check-in guests must provide a record of full COVID-19 vaccination. The COVID-19 vaccination record requirement applies to all guests aged 12 and up. For any questions please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. On certain dates of the year visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5-10 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this.     Mandatory fees

    You ll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

    • A tax is imposed by the city and will be collected at the property. This tax does not apply to residents of Venice City and children under 10 years of age. Further exemptions may apply to patients and their companions and people staying in the city for specific purposes/duties subject to the submission of proper documents to the property. A 30 percent reduction applies from January 1-31.
