This property offers transfers from the train station. To arrange pick-up guests must contact the property 48 hours prior to arrival using the contact information on the booking confirmation. This property doesn t offer after-hours check-in. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Roundtrip train station shuttle service departs from Odawara station to the property at 11:45 AM 2 PM and 4:10 PM. Return departures to Odawara station are 10:30 AM 1 PM and 3:10 PM. Additional fees apply to children 0-5 years old for breakfast and dinner. Guests booked in Half Board rates must check-in by 6:30 PM to receive dinner.
