This property offers daily shuttle pickup/drop off service from/to Yufuin Station from 8:40 AM to 10 AM and 3 PM to 5 PM (subject to availability). Guests must contact the property in advance to arrange the shuttle service. Guests with dietary restrictions or food allergies should contact this property in advance. Guests must vacate their guestrooms from 10 AM-3 PM if they require full housekeeping service. Guests booked in Half Board rates must check-in by 7 PM to receive dinner. Guests must indicate the correct number of guests including children and infants at the time of booking. Fees apply if the number of guests staying in guestrooms varies from the number established at booking.
