Check-In Instructions and Important Information

There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 4:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email 2 weeks before arrival with check-in instructions. The host will greet guests on arrival.

Mandatory fees

You ll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 January - 14 February EUR 0.50 per person per night up to 5 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 15 February - 15 March EUR 0.00 per person per night up to 5 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 16 March - 31 March EUR 0.50 per person per night up to 5 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 April - 31 December EUR 1.00 per person per night up to 5 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 450 per accommodation per stay
• Towels fee: EUR 15 per person per week
• Utility fee: EUR 25 per accommodation per night
