For any questions please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests booking half board rates and requiring dinner at the hotel must arrive prior to 6 PM. Guests who wish to book breakfast are encouraged to contact the property 48 hours prior to arrival to pre-book it. A pick-up shuttle from Kawaguchiko train station is available 10 AM - 8 PM.
