Guests must inform the property of their expected arrival time before 5 PM on their check-in date. This property is located at an altitude of 6 069 feet (1 850 meters) at the top of the ski slopes. The hotel is accessible only by cable car (surcharge) at Bettex Saint Gervais open from 9 AM-4:30 PM. Guests may park their cars in the Bettex car park (spaces are limited). The hotel is located 875 yards (800 meters) from the cable car arrival point. The property provides horse-drawn carriage transfers from the arrival point to the hotel and porter service is available. The hotel advises guests to confirm the gondola timetable as the hotel is not responsible for missed gondola transfers.
