The front desk is open daily from 9 AM - 5 PM. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For any questions please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. On certain dates of the year visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5-10 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this. Mandatory fees
