Check-In Instructions and Important Information

There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. Guests will receive an email 2 weeks before arrival with check-in instructions and smart lock details. The host will greet guests on arrival. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests.

Mandatory fees

You ll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 October - 31 May EUR 0.00 per person per night up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 June - 30 September EUR 1.00 per person per night up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 80 per accommodation per stay (varies per unit)
• A damage deposit of EUR 300 will be collected before check-in.
