The front desk is open daily from 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM. Prior to arrival guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will receive an email 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out or pay an additional cleaning fee of COP 30000 at check-out.
