There is no front desk at this property. Prior to arrival guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. Guests will receive an email 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code. Please note: Apartment 2 Bedrooms (4F -Tsuzukima-) and Studio Suite Terrace City View (5F -Engawa) are located on the 4th and 5th floors of the building with no elevator.
