The front desk is open during the following times:

• Monday - Sunday: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM

To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 9:00 AM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and key retrieval information. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests.

Mandatory fees

You ll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Breakage deposit: EUR 200 per week
• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 October - 31 May EUR 0.00 per person per night up to 10 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 14 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 June - 30 September EUR 1.00 per person per night up to 10 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 14 years of age.
• Destination fee: EUR 1 per person per night. This fee does not apply to children under 14 years of age.
• Hot tub fee: EUR 15 per person per night
