If you are planning to arrive after 7:30 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and lockbox information. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out or pay an additional cleaning fee of BRL 30 at check-out.

In case the parents or the legal guardian as applicable cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization a judicial authorization is required.
