Check-in Special Instructions
Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Construction is underway near the property from now to December 28 2024 and January 6 to June 30 2025 from 9 AM-6 PM Monday-Saturday except Sunday and public holidays. Guests may hear construction-related noise and vibration during business hours. Children ages 17 years and under are not permitted to use the outdoor pool and spa tub after 7 PM daily. Children who use diapers or are under 47 inches (120 cm) are not permitted to use the outdoor pool or spa tub at any time.
Mandatory fees

- A city tax will be collected at the property. The city tax ranges from JPY 200-500 per person per night based on the nightly room rate. Please note that further exemptions may apply.
