Mandatory fees
You ll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:
- Deposit: USD 500 per accommodation per stay
- Cleaning deposit: USD 125 per stay
- Spring Break deposit: USD 300 per stay (for stays between 01 March - 01 March)
- You may be required to pay VAT (19%) at the property. Nonresident travelers who pay using a foreign card or bank transfer and present a valid passport and tourist visa may be exempt from value-added tax (19%) on tourist package bookings (accommodation plus other travel service).
- A damage deposit of USD 275 will be collected before check-in.
- Deposit is payable by bank transfer and is due within 24 hours of booking the reservation.
